DCU Round 8 – Project Ropa

Howdy there,

One of my favorite parts of DCU is the opportunity to chat with local non profit founders. Started out of the back of a car, founder Caitlin Adler was on a mission to provide clean clothes for unhoused individuals. Well, over a few years this thing has blossomed into an impressive effort, providing individuals with a fantastic selection of clean clothes and personal hygiene kits. Usually, they set up their mobile clothing “shop” alongside another non profit’s shower truck- lifting folks up who need it with the gift of feeling squeaky clean. How great is that!

If you have well cared for clothing you’d like to donate to Project Ropa reach out to us at hello@dreamclubunited.org!

Your Palbert,

Albert Hickman
