Hamburgers and hot dogs too- DreamClub had us a BBQ!

What a summer this has been towards growing DCU! We had our first in-person event at the end of June, and it was wicked twizted! Good folks enjoying kindness, splashing around in a pool, and raising money for our incredible city. 

This round is going to the ‘Free Summer Meals’ Children’s Nutrition Program at the LA Food Bank. Tons of sweet little kids depend on their school programs for a balanced meal every day, but when Alice Cooper’s, “School’s Out For Summer,” plays on the PA system and everyone throws their papers in the air, those meals stop coming. The food bank sets up locations all around the city (parks, libraries, etc.) to provide free lunches for families in need of a helping hand. LA Food Bank is a staple of our community, and we are pleased as punch to support their efforts to feed Angelenos year round.
